On August 22, 2024, Chen Chengmin, Vice President and Member of the Party Leadership Group of Sinochem Holdings, as well as Chairman, Party Secretary, and President of Sinochem Energy, separately met in Beijing with delegations led by Huang Changfu, Vice President of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC), and Alex Volkov, Vice President of ExxonMobil.

During the meeting with CRCC, the two sides discussed strengthening strategic collaboration, focusing on intentions and mechanisms for future cooperation.

At the meeting with ExxonMobil, both sides reviewed their longstanding partnership and had in-depth discussions on global energy market trends, business cooperation, and other shared priorities. They also exchanged views on deepening cooperation across various sectors.
