Recently, the Digital Credit Evaluation Standards for Private Gas Stations (Standard No. T/CPCAS 4-2024) (hereinafter referred to as the “Standard”)—initiated by Sinochem Energy High-Tech in collaboration with eight organizations, including Shanghai Social Credit Promotion Center—was officially released under the auspices of China Petroleum Circulation Association. This marks Sinochem Energy High-Tech’s first group standard achievement in research and applications of data asset value, aligning with the development of the digital economy.
The Standard employs digital information technology and data to assess the credit status of private gas stations over a specific period using four primary indicators (qualification credit, operational credit, performance credit, and financial credit) and 19 secondary indicators. It evaluates and grades the digital credit of private gas stations with a calculation model to determine recommended credit limits. The Standard is applicable to digital credit evaluations of private gas stations and serves as a reference for industry organizations and third-party agencies conducting credit assessments of other gas stations or fueling stations.
In 2024, Sinochem Energy High-Tech will continue to leverage its digital strengths to promote the adoption of the Standard in the private gas station sector, aiming to drive digital transformation, enhance credit capabilities, and accumulate data assets in traditional industries. By achieving seamless integration of digital technologies and traditional industries, the company is committed to contributing corporate insights and responsibility to the sound development of China’s digital economy.
