Recently, the list of winners for the 2022-2023 National Excellent Quality Management Achievements Award in the Petroleum and Chemical Industry was unveiled, with four achievements from Sinochem Energy’s quality management teams making the list.

The National Excellent Quality Management Achievements Award in the Petroleum and Chemical Industry is the most prestigious award for quality management in China’s petroleum and chemical industry, approved by the central government and hosted by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. The winning projects include Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical’s EVA “Innovation and Production Boost” QC Team’s initiative to “Reduce Nitrogen Content in EVA Unit Systems,” the EO/EG Unit Second Shift Team’s effort to “Lower Aldehyde Levels in Ethylene Glycol Products,” and two projects by the Diligent and Enterprising QC Team: “Enhancing the Lifespan of Mechanical Seals in High-Pressure Feed Pumps” and “Reducing the Frequency of Sticking Failures in Multistage Pump Turning.”
