From August 27 to 28, 2025, Sinochem Energy successfully held its 4th “Energy Cup” Skills Competition in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province. The event aimed to study and implement the guidelines of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on reforming industrial workforce development, while promoting the model worker ethics, labor dedication, and craftsmanship. It fostered a competitive environment for on-the-job training and skills enhancement, further elevating work safety team-building and talent development across Sinochem Energy. Eight teams, comprising 98 participants from Sinochem Energy’s secondary operating units, competed in the event. Inspired by the competition, all employees of Sinochem Energy will reaffirm their commitment to the “Sinochem Spirit” in the new era, fully implement the FORUS management philosophy, and contribute pioneering energy strength to Sinochem Holdings' ambition of building itself into a world-class integrated chemical enterprise.
