On July 10, 2025, the Sinochem Zhoushan Team for National Hazardous Chemicals Emergency Rescue carried out pilot work related to the Level 4 vocational skill appraisal for emergency rescuers (specializing in hazardous chemicals emergency rescue). Thirty-six hazardous chemicals emergency rescue personnel completed the assessment and appraisal at the Sinochem Zhoushan Hazardous Chemicals Emergency Rescue Base.

In March this year, Sinochem Emergency actively responded to the Opinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Further Enhancing Grassroots Emergency Management Capabilities by applying to the Emergency Rescue Promotion Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management to conduct pilot work for relevant vocational skill appraisals. It received approval from relevant authorities in April and completed the construction of the practical training and drill venue in June.

Meanwhile, leveraging its professional expertise, the Sinochem Zhoushan Team revised the content of relevant training materials in accordance with the requirements of the National Vocational Standard for Emergency Rescuers in collaboration with experts. The team also collaborated with the China People's Police University to develop online courses designed to enhance the vocational qualifications and skills of professional emergency rescue personnel.

From now on, the Sinochem Zhoushan Team will continue to engage in pilot work for the Level 4 appraisal, providing support to enhance the professional rescue capabilities of work safety emergency rescue teams and better ensure the professional and vocational development of emergency rescue personnel.
