To fulfill Sinochem Holdings’ requirements for paired assistance to Gamba County in Tibet, and further enhance the effectiveness of Sinochem Energy's “4+4” targeted support model, Sinochem Emergency recently conducted a collaborative exchange program in Gamba County. It donated five automated external defibrillators (AEDs), 20 backpack-style oxygen cylinders, and other emergency equipment.

During the event, professional instructors from Sinochem Emergency provided cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and AED operation training to seven local units, including the Gamba County Fire Rescue Brigade. By teaching CPR techniques and AED usage skills, the training enhanced the emergency response capabilities of local personnel.

Since 2023, Sinochem Emergency has organized four training sessions for local cadres and professionals, focusing on risk classification and control, hazard identification and mitigation, high-altitude CPR, frostbite treatment, and emergency response under extreme weather conditions. Through collaborative exchanges, both sides jointly established the training base for the “Gamba County Cadre and Talent Development Program” at Sinochem Emergency.

Looking ahead, both sides will continue to enhance professional support and cooperation. They will assist Gamba County in cultivating a group of local emergency response professionals who are both technically proficient and management-savvy, thereby contributing to the enhancement of local safety and emergency response capabilities in Gamba County.
