Mr. Yang Chaohe, born in January 1964, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from China University of Petroleum. Currently, he is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, China University of Petroleum (East China). He concurrently serves as a member of the Teaching Steering Committee for Chemical Engineering Programs at Higher Education Institutions under the Ministry of Education, an External Director of Shandong Energy Group, an Independent Director of Qingdao Huicheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., an Independent Director of Shandong Sunway Chemical Group Co., Ltd., a Council Member of the China Chemical Safety Association, a think tank expert of the Chinese Petroleum Society, and Vice Chairman of the Shandong Society of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. Previously, Mr. Yang served as Deputy Dean of the Graduate School, Deputy Dean and Dean of the School of Chemical Engineering, Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Heavy Oil Processing, and Director of the Engineering Research Center for New Oil and Gas Processing Technologies under the Ministry of Education at China University of Petroleum (East China). He has long been engaged in teaching and research in chemical engineering and technology.
