Ms. Fu Tong, born in May 1967, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency outside China. She is a graduate of the EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and an on-the-job postgraduate student at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a bachelor’s degree in law from Fudan University. Currently, she is the co-founder of Beijing Houzhu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., a member of the Central Committee of the Jiusan Society, and Deputy Director of the Central Legal Specialized Committee of the Jiusan Society. She also serves as an Executive Council Member of the Intellectual Property Law Association of CLS and an arbitrator at the Beijing Arbitration Commission. Previously, Ms. Fu served as Deputy Director of the Central Committee for Promoting Technological Innovation of Jiusan Society, Vice President and General Counsel of 360 Digital Security Group, Vice President of JD.com, Vice President and General Counsel of JD Digits, Vice President of the Patent Protection Association of China, Vice President of the China Trademark Association, and an Independent Director of LY iTech.
