Mr. Li Wenxing, born in August 1958, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Beijing Jiaotong University and is an expert entitled to special allowances from the State Council. Currently, he is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Accounting Department of the School of Economics and Management at Beijing Jiaotong University. He concurrently serves as a member of the Expert Advisory Committee on Government Pricing, an Executive Director of the Price Association of China, Vice President of the National University Price Theory and Teaching Research Association, Chief Supervisor of the Beijing Municipal Price Association, a member of the United Nations Committee on Monetary Development, Executive Director of the Transportation, Post, and Telecommunications Pricing Branch of the China Communications and Transportation Association, a member of the Economic Committee of the China Railway Society, a member of the Chinese Academy of Management, a member of the Accounting Society of China, and an Independent Director of China Tungsten and Hightech Materials Co., Ltd., among other positions. Previously, Mr. Li served as Party Secretary of the School of Economics and Management at Beijing Jiaotong University, Director of the China Communications and Transportation Price Research Center at Beijing Jiaotong University, and an Independent Director of Daqin Railway Co., Ltd. and Tibet Rhodiola Pharmaceutical Holding Co.
