Ms. Liu Qiong, born in November 1986, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency outside China. She holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of International Business and Economics and is a Senior Economist. Ms. Liu currently serves as the Head of the Green Industry Investment Department at ABC Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd.
