Mr. Hu Xuteng, born in January 1973, Chinese nationality, no long-term residence pecrmit of foreign countries, Doctor of Engineering degree from Tsinghua University, professorate senior engineer. He once worked as Engineer in the Refining and Chemical Bureau of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), Engineer in the Refining and Chemical Department of CNPC, Deputy Director of the Chemical and Sales Branch of CNPC, Assistant General Manager of the Fushun Petrochemical Branch of CNPC, Director of the General Manager’s Office of the Chemical and Sales Branch of CNPC, Deputy Director of Refining and Chemical Technology Research Centre of CNPC, Vice President and Safety Director of CNPC Petrochemical Research Institute, General Manager of the Guangxi Sales Branch of CNPC, Deputy General Manager of China National Chemical Corporation (ChemChina), Deputy General Manager and Safety Director of ChemChina, Director of the Strategy and Investment Department of Sinochem Holding Corporation. Mr. Hu currently serves as Chairman of the Board and General Manager of our company.
