Mr. Zhang Baohong, born in October 1966, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and is a Senior Economist. Mr. Zhang has served in various capacities, including Deputy Manager of the Domestic Finance Section in the Finance and Accounting Department of China National Chemicals Import and Export Corporation, General Manager of the Finance Department and Vice President of Sinochem International Fertilizer Trading Co., Ltd., Executive Vice President of Sinochem Lantian Co., Ltd., Member of the Discipline Inspection Team of the Party Leadership Group, General Manager of the Risk Management Department, Director of the Audit and Compliance Department, Secretary to the Party Leadership Group, Director of the General Administrative Office, and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Sinochem Group Co., Ltd.. He also served as a Senior Financial Advisor in the Finance Department of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd., Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sinochem Petroleum Exploration and Production Co., Ltd., and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sinochem International Corporation. Currently, Mr. Zhang serves as a Senior Expert at the Consulting Center of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd., a Full-time External Director of Haohua Industry Co., Limited, a Full-time External Director of Haohua Chemical Science & Technology Corp., Ltd., and a Full-time External Director of the Company.
