On January 16, 2020, Sinochem Oil Fujian Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinochem Oil Fujian”) and Fujian Branch of China Post Group Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “China Post Fujian Branch”) held the signing ceremony for pairing and co-construction at the China Post Building in Fuzhou City.
