On October 25, Sinochem Oil Marketing Co., Ltd. held a cadre conference for Northeast China in Dalian City of Liaoning Province. The conference was attended by some key leaders, including Zhang Chi, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of Sinochem Oil Marketing Co., Ltd., Han Jianguo, Member of Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the company, and Li Jian, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the company.

In order to realize the unified management of refined oil sales in Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia, Sinochem Oil Marketing Co., Ltd. decided to set up Sinochem Oil Northeast Co., Ltd. (the specific name to be confirmed by the market regulation authority). Some decisions concerning the adjustment of organizational structure as well as the appointment and dismissal of key positions in Northeast China were also announced at the conference.
