On January 10, 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China and the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the Announcement on the List of Energy Efficiency Forerunners in Key Energy Consumption Industries in 2019. With leading energy efficiency in the industry, Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical and 25 enterprises from 12 industries, such as steel, crude oil processing and cement industries, were awarded the title of “Energy Efficiency Forerunner of Crude Oil Processing Industry in 2019”. Previously, Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical already won the honor of “Energy Efficiency Forerunner Benchmark Enterprise in Crude Oil Processing Industry” issued by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in 2015, 2017 and 2018 respectively.
